Honda to launch VFR 1200F in India by 2010

Honda to launch VFR 1200F in India by the end of 2010. Honda VFR 1200F which was displayed at Tokyo Motor Show will come here at the cost of Rs 20-30 lakh. It is very clear that as other super sports bikes in India, Honda VFR will attract 110 per cent import duty. This beast is powered by a 1237cc, liquid cooled, V4 powertrain that produces a top power of 172 bhp.


Honda India already have two super sports bikes in India namely; Honda CBR1000RR and Honda CB1000R. The company managed to sell more than 65 units of the models so far since their launch last year.

Prior to this super bike launch, Indian bike lovers will see Suzuki GSXR 1000's launch in India by the end of the next month. The GSXR 1000 is equipped with a 999cc of engine along with 4 stroke, 4 cylinder, liquid cooled, DOHC and fuel injection system.
