Yamaha FZ S given to Harbhajan Singh



A brand new Yamaha FZ S was presented to Indian cricket player Harbhajan Singh in a crucial match between India and Pakistan on Saturday in Asia Cup 2010, which is being played at Dambulla. Harbhajan Singh called as Bazzi in the team ended up the game by hitting a huge six over the mid-wicket boundary and India registered a win and ticket for finals. The effort of Bazzi was enough to have him a new brand Yamaha FZ S.

Another team mate of the Bazzi, Gautam Gambhir was elected the Man of the Match award for building the platform for win for India in the early stage of the game. Gambhir also won Tata Manza in the previous game against Bangladesh. Apart from this, Indian captian Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Gautam Gambhir was awarded with a MicroMax mobile.



Here is the brief summary of the match:
Pakistan's captain Shaid Afridi won the toss and elected to bat first, his decision proves fruitful as the team scored a decent total of 267 from 50 overs; Salman Butt again did well with his strokes against India and he contributed 74 runs, Kamran Akamal also hit a half century with the help of three long sixes. From bowling side Praveen Kumar took three important wickets while Zaheer and Bazzi shared 2 wickets each. Replying the Pakistan total, India started well and Gambhir made 83 runs who was well supported by his captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (56). At the slog overs, Suresh Raina and Harbhajan tried their best to take India to the total and achieved it as well after Raina got run out in the second last over. However, after all the drama, Harbhanjan Singh hit a huge six at M. Aamer and through India to the finals which will be played against Sri Lanka.


The final match of the Micromax Asia Cup will be played on 24 June, 2010 at the same stadium in Dambulla in Sri Lanka. Before this match India and Sri Lanka will take on each-other on June 22, 2010 at the same ground, however the match will not effect the final fixture.
